This is to notify the Clay County Sheriff’s Department, the Department of State
Police, and all other law enforcement agencies and court officers with authority in
Clay County, a subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a sovereign state,
of the following:
This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your persistent actions including but not limited to1
telephone calls, mail, correspondence, and other materials delivered by way of a third party [including2
your employees, agents, family members, etc.] have become unbearable. You have already assaulted3
me under KRS § 508.040, and KRS § 508.030 (assault under extreme emotional disturbance), a Class D4
Felony.5

Contrary to your statement, you do not “own the police.”7

You are HEREBY COMMANDED TO STOP such activities immediately as they are being done in violation9
of the law; should you continue to pursue these activities in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, I10
will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you, including, but not limited to, civil action11
and/or criminal complaints.12

I have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute [harassment/stalking/etc.] under14
KRS § 508.130. A copy of this letter and a record of its delivery will be stored with the agencies and15

officials noted above. Note too that it is admissible as evidence in a court of law and will be used as16
such if need be in the future.17

All activities will also be reported to the Kentucky Equality Federation (www.KentuckyEquality.org), a19
member of ILGA at the United Nations (www.un.org), and our advocate in this situation.20

Your actions also violation the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) United22
Nations General Assembly resolution 217 A (III), international law since 1976 and binding on the United23
States.24

You are not welcome at my home; it shall be considered Criminal Trespassing in the 1st Degree. Since26
you are not welcome at my home, should you be found at 115 Lyttelton Road, it can be for no other27
reason than Criminal Mischief in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Degree in addition to Disorderly Conduct in the 1st28
or 2nd Degree as specified in KRS § 525.055 and KRS § 525.060, respectively.29

This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER demands that you immediately discontinue and do not at any point in31
the future under any circumstances do the following to me: speak to, contact, pursue, harass, attack,32
strike, bump into, brush up against, push, tap, grab, hold, threaten, telephone (via cellular or landline),33
fax, email, follow, stalk, shadow, keep me under surveillance, gather information about my movements34
at home, social gatherings, religious functions, or do anything to disturb my peace in any manner35
whatsoever. Any contact whatsoever will be considered Harassing Communications in accordance with36
KRS § 525.080 Stalking under KRS § 508.130.37

Again, you must IMMEDIATELY STOP, you risk incurring some very severe legal consequences if you fail39
to comply with this COMMAND.40
