Introduced the PMBOK framework in the Infrastructure and System areas. As a BackOffice team player, I was responsible for the consolidation, assessment and revision of many IT programs and project panels, oriented to the technology committees. Standardizing several project dashboards and templates, together with Accenture. Working on Itaú Unibanco bank integration workshop (Phases 1 and 2), when we looked for the main projects for the agencies migration. I was also responsible for daily process related to Unibanco integration, besides the PMO Intranet (MS-Sharepoint) administration and followed-up the IT Board performance goals in 2009.

Introduced several IT Governance process improvements in the Infrastructure and System areas (ITIL, CobiT, among others). Research of the IT Governance maturity level of the decision-making process with the Board, aligned with Peter Weill (MIT) method. Introduced the project management process on the Infrastructure Board with the MS-EPM 2003 / 2007 tool and also training the teams. Research of the IT maturity level at Itaú Bank together with Accenture to propose level improvement for the years to come.
