As industry specialists we understand the importance of matching the best candidate with their perfect job. As recruiters, it is imperative that we are able to fully understand the needs of both clients and job seekers to ensure a perfect match. Key to this is the fact that, where possible and in most cases, we interview job seekers face to face. This enables us to gain a better understanding of their requirements and aspirations. Accordingly, we are able to ascertain a best-fit not only in terms of suitability of experience but also personality and career goals. The benefit is that clients are only presented with CV’s for applicants who we believe are the best match, eliminating the sending of large numbers of unsuitable applicant details. We NEVER put an applicant’s CV forward to a vacancy without discussing it with them first.
As a responsible recruiter of industrial labour, we insist on minimum standards for the recruitment of operatives. Current legislation is particularly stringent with regard to eligibility to work within the UK. We interview all candidates within this industry face to face. No individual is interviewed without an appointment. We appreciate that companies use agencies for a variety of reasons and as such any supplier of temporary labour needs to be reactive. Our bespoke software allows us to contact large numbers of operatives by a variety of methods including SMS. This enables us to react to short notice requirements instantly. We understand that using temporary labour needs to be budgeted for,  We quote on an open book policy.  We operate 24 hours a day  from one direct contact number

Today Parker Robinson supports and advises clients will skill disciplines from drivers though to senior management levels  From a driving & driver prospective we appreciate that companies use agencies for a variety of reasons and as such any supplier of temporary labour needs to be reactive.
