Christopher Mingoia is currently the Principal of North Arlington High School in New Jersey. He has over 20 years of experience as an educator and administrator. He began his career as a physical education teacher and then took on roles as a school disciplinarian and vice principal. As vice principal, his responsibilities included student discipline, teacher evaluation, counseling, and managing school operations. In 2011, he became Principal of Toussaint L’Ouverture School, where he oversaw policies and procedures for nearly 1,000 students and staff.

Christopher Mingoia is the Principal of
North Arlington High School in North Arlington,
NJ. He has served as a school and an
educational leader responsible for development,
implementation, supervision and evaluation of
a comprehensive program of educational and
student service. He is also responsible for
2. assisting instructional staff with alignment of a
new NJSLS curriculum, instruction and
assessment with state and local district learning
goals. In addition, he developed a partnership
with Bergen Community College that allows
students to attain up to an associate’s degree in
a college setting while still in high school.
Talking about his professional experience in
detail, Christopher Mingoia started his
career as a physical education/health teacher at
Westminster School #26 in Elizabeth, New
Jersey for grades pre-kindergarten -8th
. He
worked there from September 1999 to
November 2005. Then, from November 2005 –
July 2006, Christopher became the school
Disciplinarian at Dr. Albert Einstein School No.
29, in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
In August 2006, Christopher Mingoia
joined Monsignor Joao S. Antao School No. 31
as a School Disciplinarian (Grades Pre-
Kindergarten – 8th). Christopher became the
