2. He was born in London, in1958. He is a visual
artist who is part of the movement of the New
British Sculpture.
He uses the latest technologies applied to
painting and also the work done by computer , in
his scultures and installations incorporate vinyl
with interior, LED panels and liquid crystal
displays.He painted Portraits and animated
walking figures. Opie has a lot of public
installations around the world.
