Vancouver Summit Update
May 18-22, 2015
Vancouver Convention Center
The following information will be published at
openstack.org/summit by December 22:
• Sponsorship Prospectus
• Discount hotel room blocks at eight hotels located within walking distance
to the convention center
• Visa invitation letter form
• Summit FAQ page
The executable electronic sponsorship contract will be made available for
signature at 11:00am CT on January 28, 2015.
All of this information will also be announced on the marketing mailing
list. Please direct all summit questions to events@openstack.org.
