MIQUANDO web solution has been developed keeping in mind service providers and user needs and
patterns. The aim is to provide the unique local internet search facilitating online appointment bookings
directly with the Service Providers. The Website hosted at www.miquando.com acts as your
personalized agent which can help you locate a service provider and schedule an appointment/ meeting
with them.
All local Service Providers can register resources and services and publish an online Calendar/
Availability. An end user will be able to search the web site for the desired service required. On selecting
a Service Provider from the search results they can view the online Calendar and make a booking. Also,
the service provider can update the calendar and announce scheduled appointments to the team
Since the users operate across a range of devices including, desktop, laptop, netbook, smart phone and
tablet , it was important that the web application should support all the devices, hence the Team Omnie
developed the site on .Net 4.0 framework and using SQL 2008 server.
This project was developed by Omnie in collaboration with Complete Technology (IOM). Considering the
changing environment every business needs to add more customer touch points to take it to the next
