3. There once were two boys 200BC during the era of the cave men. Their names were Israel and Palestine. Both boys were the best of friends and were never seen arguing, they grew up together as friends even family, until………
4. until one day everything they were changed. They visited a fortune teller, when she read one of the boy’s palms, she was surprised. She saw that Israel was going to be stronger than Palestine over all that Palestine will be betrayed by his own friend Israel. The both boys laughed at the fortune teller, but she only warned them, of the dangerous ahead, and that one person will come out victorious.
5. Even though the two boys thought nothing of the fortune teller’s warnings, later that day they played football and Israel scored and they had a huge fight, realizing their true anger and also involving their families to fight.
6. Legend has it the fortune teller got to their heads, and they started remembering what she had told them. They stopped talking to each other along with their families, even though both families tried to fix their relationships. Palestine was kept with the horror of falling to Israel, and Israel kept thinking of how he will hurt Palestine, and till today they are not friendly and Israel was always the evil of their friendship.
7. As both; Israel and Palestine went to the army they always had the potential to fight against each other even if they were not sure of the what the fortune teller told them. They fought and Israel wanted always to teach his children about Zionism. He was successful yet nothing has changed.
8. Palestine traveled and traveled with his family and found that there is a land were a man which was known as Jesus Christ. They were un aware of he was ,but as soon as they got to know him they loved his peaceful personality and he called them for Christianity (they’ve accepted).
9. They enjoyed their time there, but on a rainy day, Israel and his friends came and tried to conquer the place where Palestine settled in. They’ve tried to work hard and hard to develop them selves and tried to attack Palestine and his people, until the Muslim friends started helping Palestine.
10. Thousands of years and years took over………. Israel and his allies still tried and tried to conquer Palestine. He thought that the best way to fight them is to start with the Zionist movement. In the late 19th century by Zionism started flourishing and succeeding; where their main aim was to destroy Palestine.

Zionism, the national movement for the return of the Jewish people to their homeland and the resumption of Jewish sovereignty in the Land of Israel, advocated, from its inception, tangible as well as spiritual aims. Jews of all persuasions, left and right, religious and secular, joined to form the Zionist movement and worked together toward these goals. Disagreements led to rifts, but ultimately, the common goal of a Jewish state in its ancient homeland was attained. The term “Zionism” was coined in 1890 by Nathan Birnbaum.
12. The shock to Palestine was that it was the end of everything, the Declaration of Israel in 1946 was a shock it broke the friendship between the two sides everything was over. Israel became a State! Palestine was not able to understand the fact of that, but it was too late……….
13. Israel tried to kill and kill people, the other friends of Palestine did not leave Palestine alone. Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt used all the effort they had in order to keep Palestine safe. Being safe did not mean being stable it meant that there should not be ISRAEL!
14. Palestine had that positive feeling because of his friends’ spirits and one of his Egyptian friends – Jamal Abdel Naser- once made him feel more confident when he said: “ What is taken by force should not be taken back with any means except force!” this was not the end………..
16. The Deir Yassin one of Palestine’s favorite summer places got destroyed starting from 1948 it was a real Massacre, Palestine’s friends, people, gardens and birds were all killed and destroyed. No one questioned why because they were even afraid of the air they are breathing. 500 people died!
17. Early in the morning of Friday, April 9, 1948, commandos of the Irgun, headed by Menachem Begin, and the Stern Gang attacked Deir Yassin, a village with about 750 Palestinian residents. It was several weeks before the end of the British Mandate. The village lay outside of the area that the United Nations recommended be included in a future Jewish State.
18. Deir Yassin had a peaceful reputation and was even said by a Jewish newspaper to have driven out some Arab militants. But it was located on high ground in the corridor between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and one plan, kept secret until years afterwards, called for it to be destroyed and the residents evacuated to make way for a small airfield that would supply the beleaguered Jewish residents of Jerusalem.
19. By noon over 100 people, half of them women and children, had been systematically murdered. Four commandos died at the hands of resisting Palestinians using old Mausers and muskets. Twenty-five male villagers were loaded into trucks, paraded through the Zakhron Yosef quarter in Jerusalem, and then taken to a stone quarry along the road between Givat Shaul and Deir Yassin and shot to death. The remaining residents were driven to Arab East Jerusalem.
20. This number was a shock for Palestine ,but in 1949 it was a bigger shock it was reported for him that 50,000 people in Palestine and especially his male friends got killed! WHY! WHY! He questioned. Where are the Arabs ? He thought.
21. The Arabs couldn't handle it not even protect them selves. The cities and villages near Deir Yassin were afraid and once the Israel and his friends attacked they left and became known as Refugees. Jordan could not even handle the situation in the Lid and Ramleh there was a shortage of weapons so leaving was the only situation.
22. The war that ensued was won by Israel, creating a large number of Arab refugees. Estimates vary from about 520,000 (Israeli sources) to 726,000 (UN sources) to over 800,000 (Arab sources) refugees, Palestinian Arabs who fled or were forced out of their homes during the fighting. This number has grown to include over 4.6 million displaced persons, about 3.7 million of whom are currently registered as refugees with the UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees). Of these, somewhat over a million live in camps run by the UNRWA Generally, refugees living in the camps live in conditions of abject poverty and overcrowding. The refugees of the 1948 Israeli war of independence and the lesser number of refugees of the 1967 war constitute a real monumental humanitarian and political problem, and no resolution of the conflict can ignore them. The issue has also been deliberately exploited by Arab and Palestinian politicians in their war with Israel. The refugee problem has been at the heart of peace negotiations ever since 1949.

24. Arab countries have accepted them no matter what they were…. But Lebanon did not give the Palestinians their rights and did not have their passports. While, Jordan gave them their full rights. Yet, it was unfair and unsafe.
25. Palestine felt that it was unfair to be accepted or denied not even having their rights to live in their country in the origin of his family’s religion and traditions and if he wanted to go back he loose him self defiantly. Loosing did not matter for Palestine……..
29. Palestine went back ,but before tried to say good bye to his family…… but his tears were not allowing him to. He reached to the border and then tried to go and go inside……… He was shot! Shot with the weapon of hate and unfairness.
30. Palestine was happy and he said “ I hope the old days would come back and peace would be the best weapon to have! I hope the world will be colorful again. ”
