Steps to be followed by Polling Officers Step 1: POs may download the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store Step 2: Register with app by providing your mobile number (Please note that your mobile number should be in the list of Polling Officers). PO will receive an OTP. On entering the OTP you will be registered (During training PO will be given a printout of the list of questions with the timing allocated for submitting each report) Step 3: On pre-poll day and poll-day POs will receive questions on the app. POs can respond to the questions through the app Step 4: In case POs did not respond through the app or if they are not registered with the app, they will get a call from PollStar to collect their responses Step 5: In case the POs miss the call, they can call back the same number to deposit their answers. 4/10/2019 57
