are coming in AHL on schedule base which is monthly organized in production planning control system & handling by the vendor
procurement. In this section parts, there is six docks are present .But due to less work force only three receiving agents are
working in one time.

Capacity Planning
Company use capacity planning and capacity
management to determine the required
capacity of a product. Recently company
produced 2450units per day and it is being
thinking that the capacity of the units to be
increased as increased in competition in
market and produced high quality product.
At Sheikhupura plant the capacity is 1950
units and at Sheikhupura plant the capacity is
more than the Karachi plant that 1450 units.
