Editor's Notes

  1. Democracy made education more easier for the teachers, learners and society because it there is technology now which benefits the whole continents. Technology has become the tool for education.
  2. I believe in order for me to do research or write about any specific topic I need to understand the meaning of the each word in that topic that is why you will found out that every topic has its own definitions.
  3. Nevertheless critically important topics, from different multicultural and interdisciplinary perspectives, address the complex relationships among technology, knowledge and society. “World Summit on the Knowledge Society (WSKS) is an international event that promotes the dialogue for the main aspects of the Knowledge Society towards a better world for all” (Lytras, M: 2010,1)
  4. Creating a knowledge-led economy and knowledge-based societies in the world is a key to survival and development of people in the emerging knowledge era. The challenge exists, however, in transforming its predominantly agrarian or industrial economy into a new knowledge-led economy by developing its talent pool in right direction.
  5. The knowledge society agenda has undergoing a profound converted from its two-century old industrial past to a knowledge society future.Information and communication technology (ICT) now spreads very near all aspects of our lives. ICT is inextricably linked with our desire for a prosperous and competitive economy, a sustainable environment, and a more democratic, open, healthy society.
  6. knowledgesociety is a societythat is natured byits diversity and itscapacities for the benefits of the society and in any form the government does influence the knowledge of the society by the rules we live under. Education is then the achievement of the school and society. Information and communication technology then enter in the link between the education and societies.
  7. A Knowledge-Based society is an knowledge in which the production, distribution, and use of knowledge is the main driver of growth, wealth creation and employment across all societies.
  8. Technology as the key to proper education and increase every day.
  9. Topic definition...
  10. Now in our days computers are used in most schools and that promote the skills of learners in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft, excel and publisher. Some gain the ability to type fast and knows the in and out of the computer.
  11. Technology is then used to solve a problem, improve a preexisting solution to a problem, achieve a goal, handle an applied input/output relation or perform a specific function. It can also refer to the collection of such tools, including machinery, modifications, arrangements and procedures in societies and schools.
  12. Technology has affected society and its surroundings in a number of ways. In many societies, technology has helped develop more advanced economies (including today's global economy) and has allowed the rise of a leisure class. Many technological processes produce unwanted by-products, known as pollution, and deplete natural resources, to the detriment of the Earth and its environment.
  13. Technology is now believed to increase the way of how people do things in their communities and societies and the technology that is used daily teaches us a lesson every day. Most humans no studies technology in a scientific way to indicate the are so many ways in solving any situation, some come back to change their communities by teaching the next generation for the future.
  14. Technology has made education to be more easy learners can use iPhones to Google for information that was given and also to learn more about doing research. ICT are contributing substantially to growth for education all over the country.
  15. Education is satiable to anyone.
  16. Education is not only a right but a passport to human development. It opens doors and expands opportunities and freedoms. It contributes to fostering peace, democracy and economic growth as well as improving health and reducing poverty.
  17. “For educators this communication phenomenon has vast implications, e.g. many TV programs are to utilize for commercial entertainment” (Paz, 1997:388). However there is a need for broadcast programming to increase the various radio, educational, social, culture and human values. Some educators prefer using media in their lesson and some thinks it wasting, but research shows that media in he most important tool for educators and it make the work easy for both of the learners and educators.
  18. It allows people make conclusions that meet the needs of the existing without negotiating those of future generations. In addition, it facilitates admittance to conduct and fights against disgrace and insight. Education for All (EFA) is an international enterprise first launched in Jomtien, Thailand, in 1990 to bring the benefits of education to “every citizen in every society.” In order to realize this aim, a wide combination of general governments, domestic society groups, and development supports such as UNESCO and the World Bank committed to achieving six specific education goals.
  19. The picture above shows learners who are willing to learner but do not have uniforms, class, book, boards nor chart but still there is an teacher standing in front of them teaching. One of them may be gifted in something an d maybe end achieving his or her goal. To educated does not require a person who come from an expensive school but only your mind and commitment. It is indeed education for all that make them to be there.
  20. A teacher recruitment, their working conditions, their appropriateremuneration, as well as the quality of their initial and continuouseducation are crucialfactors if quality learning is to becomea reality for all.
  21. A pathway to maximize individual’spotential, extend freedoms, build capabilities and open up opportunities by building or making yourself a successive tree to show all your capabilities and strength or just a dream.
  22. Education for al, one goal. Quality education will equip and empower future generations with the ever changing skills priorities and competencies needed to achieve sustainable development.
  23. Topic, plans that are use now and will still be used n the next coming years by the following generation to achieve one educational goal. Our vision for information technology is to create an environment where all students, faculty and staff have easy access to the information technology resources and information they need, and to provide an information technology infrastructure that supports the institutional goals identified in Toward 2016...
  24. Growth and development require a long term perspective of educational strategies to frame shorter term goal..A long term plan helps focus government and society to deal with the inevitable short termturbulences in a nation’s progress.
  25. Education, training and innovation are not the process of dealing with any issue but society’s willingness to deal with them, grow highly competitive, remove poverty and minimize unfairness is severely vulnerable without them. Schools are the place where learners learn an socialize with their peers.
  26. Department of education is committed to supporting and enhancing Universities core missions of education, research, and service through the effective management and use of information technology resources. Also they are dedicated to providing Universities with the technology facilities it needs to fulfil its obligation to research and education of the highest excellence. Lastly expect and meet the information technology needs of alumni, students, faculty, and staff as they practise their educational and professional goals.
  27. Higher education is the most important foremost of the facts system relating with the cost-effective advance. Furthermore the high institutions is much more easy than the tool to economic development. Education is good for all citizenship because it goes worldwide to empower the knowledge of our nation. Technology and science are the most need for high education and vise versa and are the most critical issues in South Africa. The faculty of humanities usually focuses on corruption, education, violence and authority and also the fight concerns.
  28. High institutions are the most important key for a developing nation. Concentrates on the three main points; firstly, they educate people with skills for the employment opportunity and maybe employed in a private and public sector, secondly high institutions are the main producers to new implements of life, new information about local and global application knowledge South Africa needs new information to change socially, thirdly, due to the apartheid history universities provides equal opportunities for all.
  29. In our days high institutions underpin the societies because they strongly use science and technology. However the high institutions have no end in the production of global knowledge. Some organization have become the application of new knowledge. The knowledge used in universities need to be reconfigured, because of the relationship to innovation and the industry. The knowledge of the government is to acknowledge the science and technology. The departments needs to work together with the government for the better world-class.
  30. The Department of Basic Education has a essential leadership, policy-making and guarding responsibilityin increasing the quality of learning and confirming continuous education quality perfection crosswise the education division. The motivation of all our education and worth upgrading approaches is the learner and the value of learning gotten for current and ultimate progression, enlargement and well-being. This application visibly monitors our intelligent as to what has to be ready to make sure that we are building an aiding environs for active teaching and learning.
  31. The teacher is able to integrate resources foundon the Internet in planninglessons use ICT.
  32. A number of topics may hamper schools and teachers in their efforts to fully benefit from these windows ofopportunity. All students leaving higher education for the teaching profession should have attained atleast the adoption level should have the knowledge and skills to use a computer and application software. More over, they should have the power to use severalICT, including a computer, to support traditional boardadministration, teaching andlearning, and be able to teach learners how to use ICT.
  33. Satisfied application and dependability - the resolve of the content is eagerly deceptive; it adds the price to teaching and learning tasks, embraces methods and norms for learner taxation and is submissive with outcomes built education. Availability - content is well-suited and inter-operable with remaining software and hardware; it complies where reasonable with approachability canons for learners with incapacities and obstacles to learning and usability - content is easy to use and make out.
  34. The picture above is the demonstration of the how students are accepted to grab information vie ICT, because it helps them connect to people above the authorities.
  35. The Department of Education must develop a state agenda for competencies for educators (teachers, managers and administrators), and the use of ICTs as plastic tools for training and learning must be unified into pre-service and in-service training. This will take in legal and decent concerns, estimation of software and the use of ICTs to report learners who practice barriers to learning. Entry - computer erudite, able to use computers and teach learners to use computers.
  36. Each school will have a steadfast teacher separate the regular enrolment ratioto succeed ICT conveniences and victor the use of ICTs in the schoolcommunity. This teacher will accept the compulsory working out and funding inlearner focused styles to learning and ICT in an outcomes-basedstandard. To appreciate the e-Education goal, educational managing needs to movebeyond the opening stages of ICT scheduling and investigation, and makeengrossed resources investments.
  37. The flow chart indicates how the aims lead to achievement, in order for the success of education, the authorities needs to put a plan and shows the outcomes and aims of education, also he educators needs to educate learners in a reflecting way, how the information is transferred from the department to schools for us to have better result of highly educated people.
  38. Writing on sustainability presentation is an imperative way for establishments to succeed their accountability and ability to apply positive change on the essential situations that distress the well-being of people: conservational conditions, community conditions and the budget.
  39. Knowledge Society agenda is still the strong wish much than the true situations.Technology is then used to solve a problem, improve a preexisting solution to a problem, achieve a goalallows people make decisions that meet the needs of the present without compromising those of future generations.
  40. Allows people make decisions that meet the needs of the present without compromising those of future generations.
