The research and evaluation aimed at inspecting whether the developed e-content and e-services can be used in one-to-one pedagogy to improve the learners autonomy and learning results. It also aimed at exploring what the best or potential benefits are for the students if they use digital tools and materials for their learning. By observing the teaching practice we also evaluated the effects of extensive professional development in raising digital literacy.
