As a UX researcher, I focused on providing better user experiences in the domains of new media and communication technologies. I adopt a theory-driven, empirical approach in order to come up with innovative research solutions that can address everyday design challenges and promote active user engagement with new media technologies.
AREAS of INTEREST:
* Psychological and physiological effects of interactive technologies, human-computer interaction, computer mediated communication
* User experience evaluations and usability testing.
