                               2. Use HTTP URIs, so that people
                               can look up those names.
                               3. When someone looks up a URI,
                               provide useful information, using the
                               standards (RDF, SPARQL).

                               •   BEACON is not the only/best/final method to
                                   provide links, but it is a simple method that
                                   works. Feel free to upgrade it to RDF or not.
