The client has become one of Nigeria's leading financial institutions within
the last five years. It is one of the top 10 banks in Nigeria in terms of asset

The Challenges
The client had more than 10 applications in use to meet customer electronic
communication needs, which they wanted to consolidate into one single
application. Additionally, the client was also looking for a solution to make

prioritized in the printing and distribution queue. The O2MS solution
