Procedure
1. Seller sends SCO with current pictures of HMS1,2
2. Buyer issues LOI to place purchase order
3. Seller issues DRAFT SPA together with commercial invoice,
which Buyer accepts by endorsing
4. Buyer provides Verbiage LC & Prove of Funds (POF) exchange
with POP
5. Loading starts and buyer can visit loading sites
6. Seller submits non-negotiable export documents to the buyer
through bank to bank
