people who have helped make it possible. !

In light of that, two awards – Microsoft Inspiring
Leader and Microsoft Local Contribution award will
be awarded to deserving individuals during our
upcoming Gala Dinner evening at the National
Leadership Development Conference (NLDC).!

I would encourage you to take this opportunity to apply
or nominate deserving individuals in your LC. Further

Factors for Consideration:!

1. Awardee must currently be in a TLP role in LC or
National level (i.e, LCP, LC VP, AVP, OCP, etc)!
2. Awardee must have displayed outstanding
leadership in leading the team to achieve the
team’s objectives and Measures of Success!
3. Awardee must have engaged a highly motivated
team and actively contributed to the learning of his/
her members!

1. Awardee can either apply or be nominated by
others!
2. For each nomination or application, a minimum of 2
to a maximum of 5 endorsements will be needed!

member the awardee have been in OR (ii) LC EB !

for team/individual performance tracking!
