CEO SPEAK:
“Retail Employees Day is an outstanding initiative by
TRRAIN and I have no hesitation in stating that it is one
of the best, if not the best initiative in the retail industry.
The activities on retail employees day have also aided in
establishing greater emotional connect with our front
end employees which has resulted in lesser attrition.
From the employees point of view, retail employees day
has motivated them to excel in providing customer
service as they eagerly look forward to get rewarded for
the on the big day awards night. Overall, it is an excellent
initiative which recognizes hard efforts of the front line
employees and at the same time drives the entire
organization to support the efforts of front end
employees and of course motivates the front end
employees to deliver their best, leading to higher
productivity gains and customer service excellence.”
