PASTITSIO
We make the minced meat (1 day            before)• We put minced meat     • And we leave to cook  with spices in a pot
PASTA• We put water in a pot   • Then we put the pasta• And we let this boil      for 5 minutes
PASTA (next step)• We strain them and  leave them to take  room’s temperature
BECHAMEL• We stir flour with milk and one egg to make  the bechamel sauce and heat the mix until it is  thick
Method• We put crumbs of toasted bread at the  bottom of griddle
Method• We put the pasta over  crumbs of toast bread
Method• We put the minced  meat over pasta
Method• We put again pasta  over minced meat
Method• Now we put the  bechamel on top
THE ENDWe put the griddle in oven
THE EFFECTBEFORE BAKING        AFTER BAKING (1 hour)
THE MEAL!!!!!
