2. Do you ever feel like a mouse in
a maze after a piece of
cheese, all the turns, all the
choices, all the dead ends? All
the frustration?
But, then there’s the cheese . . .
Hmmm . . . What could this mean?
3. And now, think of that maze as symbolic of the twists, turns and roadblocks
you face running your business. All those decisions . . . Hmmm . . . What’s
next?
4. Take it a step further and
think of the maze as the
choices you face as you
work toward the reward
of “that cheese,” which
for you might be
healthier, more
productive employees.
At each turn you have a choice.
5. Now, when you confront those bothersome barriers, consider that
some, maybe many, are actually only perceived barriers . . .
You will find that even
complex problems are
navigable. At each turn
you have options.
Remember, you’re after the “cheese,” so on you go . . .
6. And, here’s the good part about those perceived
barriers, roadblocks and dead-ends—you can turn around. You
can make new choices and choose a new direction. The cheese
“does not” stand alone . . . The cheese is a culture (really) . . . of
wellness.
