 We have a few additional bottles
for sale $10/ea

3. Medical Form Packet
(Golden)
 Keep the packet together
 If you don’t need the form, place
a X on the prescription form.
 If you will not take OTC’s then
mark NO on all entries and sign.

4. Sports Basement Events
 There will be two event days where
they have equipment
recommendations out.
 10% off items any time just mention
you are from CUSD Yosemite Trip.
20% off until the 1st big snow fall!
 Jan 12 and 13 and Feb 9 and 10

5. Behavior Expectations
 You and your parents signed a
Behavior Contract. (salmon form)
 You can review another copy if you
need to review the rules carefully
before you leave

 You are responsible for following all
these expectations at all times.

6. Reasons for Proper Behavior
 You represent
– Yourself
– Your family
– The school
– The district
 We are guests to the Park and to the
Yosemite Institute and we want to
come back year after year.
 We want you to be safe and have fun
at the same time.

7. Some Highlights
 Do not endanger yourself or
others in any way.
 Never leave camp alone for any
reason.
 Always move from place to
place in the park with a buddy.

8. More Highlights
 You are NOT allowed in any
cabin/room except your own.
 NO FOOD in your cabin at ANY
Time.
 Obey the Bear Box Rules
 Be on time and ready when asked.
– You have an assigned eating time and
an assigned evening program time
 NO Cell phones and other electronics
(see list for exceptions.)

9. More Highlights
 Respect everyone in the park especially
adults, park rangers, park staff. (Use
respectful language at all times.)
– Say and write things that would be appropriate
for your teachers, your principal and your
parents.
– Be kind, help others
– Take the high-road.
– Make wise choices.

the trail instructions from
your NatureBridge. Leader
– Hike in single file
– Stay on the trail
– Participate fully

11. Consequences
 Your parents signed an agreement to
pick you up if you are not following
the behavior contract.
– This will be a very long four-hour ride
home.
– Your parents will lose all the money they
spent on you for this trip.
– You won’t be able to enjoy the rest of the
trip with your friends.

12. More on Consequences
 There are NO second chances.
 This is NOT the time to test the rules.
 WE HAVE sent students home before
for not following the rules.
 All disallowed electronics (even if
turned off) will be confiscated and
returned when we return to school.
– This means you may not get your cell
phone back until a few days after we
return from the trip.

13. Final Payment due by today
 $Check payable to Cupertino Middle School
 Student first and last name on the bottom.
 If you are on the wait list, we won’t deposit yet.
