ï” If you will not take OTCâs then
mark NO on all entries and sign.
4. Sports Basement Events
ï” There will be two event days where
they have equipment
recommendations out.
ï” 10% off items any time just mention
you are from CUSD Yosemite Trip.

Behavior Contract. (salmon form)
ï” You can review another copy if you
need to review the rules carefully

ï” We are guests to the Park and to the
Yosemite Institute and we want to
come back year after year.
ï” We want you to be safe and have fun
at the same time.

ï” Do not endanger yourself or
others in any way.
ï” Never leave camp alone for any
reason.
ï” Always move from place to
place in the park with a buddy.

ï” You are NOT allowed in any
cabin/room except your own.
ï” NO FOOD in your cabin at ANY
Time.
ï” Obey the Bear Box Rules
ï” Be on time and ready when asked.
â You have an assigned eating time and
an assigned evening program time
ï” NO Cell phones and other electronics
(see list for exceptions.)

adults, park rangers, park staff. (Use
respectful language at all times.)
â Say and write things that would be appropriate
for your teachers, your principal and your
parents.

ï” Your parents signed an agreement to
pick you up if you are not following
the behavior contract.
â This will be a very long four-hour ride
home.
â Your parents will lose all the money they
spent on you for this trip.
â You wonât be able to enjoy the rest of the
trip with your friends.
12. More on Consequences
ï” There are NO second chances.
ï” This is NOT the time to test the rules.
ï” WE HAVE sent students home before
for not following the rules.
ï” All disallowed electronics (even if
turned off) will be confiscated and
returned when we return to school.
â This means you may not get your cell
phone back until a few days after we
return from the trip.
