1. ALL SET™ COCONUT MAKEUP SETTING SPRAY
How is this different from the All Set Coconut Makeup Setting Spray that was part of
the Summer Extra “I Washed Up Like This” catalog?
This is the same great formula from Summer Extra. We brought it back since it sold out
early in the summer and gave it a fun, galaxy look for fall.
Is the sprayer the same as the previous All Set Coconut Makeup Setting Spray?
Yes, this is the same sprayer.
How do I use a makeup setting spray?
For best results, shake well and spray 6–8 inches from face for a light mist of setting-spray
power. Let air dry naturally on skin. All Set may also be used to dampen your cosmetic
applicator (brush, sponge) before application. Use throughout the day to refresh skin. If
you are using a powder foundation, mist before applying powder to avoid a cakey look.
WHAT’S YOUR SIGN™ BIG FAT YUMMY HAND CRÈME
What make this blackberry scented hand crème different from Social Butterfly™,
which also has blackberry?
What’s Your Sign is scented with juicy blackberry, rich vanilla, and
sensuous velvet musk. It has a deeper, richer, warmer fragrance
compared to the light, sweet scent of candied blackberry and
jasmine found in Social Butterfly. In addition, What’s Your Sign
contains double the fragrance of other Big Fat Yummy Hand
Crèmes for a more intense, longer lasting wear.

2. CLEAR CUT™ COSMIC MOOD BODY CRÈME/TWILIGHT ZONED™
COSMIC MOOD BODY CRÈME
What are the differences between these two products?
These two new formulas are both lightweight yet richly hydrating body crèmes
with a base of shea butter and aloe vera. However, they have different added
ingredients, fragrances, and finishes, so use whichever best fits your mood
at the time.
Clear Cut has a shimmering finish from diamond powder and liquid-crystalized
ceramides, so it dresses up your skin with glitz and glam while improving
hydration and supporting a strong lipid barrier, along with a fresh jasmine,
white musk, and juniper scent. Diamonds are known for their energizing and
clarifying abilities.
Twilight Zoned has no shimmer. This formula is meant to help you chill, relax,
and relish in the moment with amethyst extract that calms and soothes your
soul and skin, while lavender, chamomile, and oat extract help to pamper and
soften, along with a plumeria and melon scent.
Does Clear Cut contain real diamonds?
Yes it does; it’s a diamond powder so it’s a rich girl’s luxury crème, but the
powder is very fine, so it’s pretty on skin but doesn’t damage or irritate.
P.S. Twilight Zoned contains real amethyst!

My Snarky Bar looks different from my friend’s,
is there something wrong with mine or hers?
There is nothing wrong with either of them.
These Snarky Bars are one of a kind and uniquely
artisanal. Each bar was handmade from a lovely
woman who has her own farm here in the USA
with her own local ingredients, along with shea
butter from our friends in Ghana. It’s all about

OK, but my Snarky Bar has blue and white
mixed together. Is that normal?
Yes, this is normal.
Which side is moisturizing?
The white/cream side moisturizes with luxurious glycerin, soothing oats,
and creamy shea while it cleanses using a coconut oil soap base.
Which side is exfoliating?
The blue side is exfoliating and has charcoal for detoxifying, so it’s super Snarky.
Is the glitter harmful going down the drain?
No, the synthetic mica used is biodegradable, so the fish will appreciate you for that!

3. OF QUARTZ, GIRL!™ SALTY BODY SCRUB
My body scrub seems to be underfilled, is there something wrong
with my version?
No, this formula—like many Posh products—settles during shipment,
which can make it look underfilled, but it is legally filled to the correct
net weight (6 oz). Additionally, its beveled-bottom jar was created to
allow for product expansion, which can happen in warm climates. This
scrub’s net fill weight is slightly less than some other Posh scrubs because
we filled it with real rose quartz crystals and didn’t skimp on moisturizing
ingredients, which makes the product a bit more expensive to manufacture.
Remember, our scrubs don’t contain fillers, so a little goes a long way.
My body scrub seems less thick compared to others I have had from Posh.
You’re not wrong; its nourishing oil base is part of a new, super-luxe formula that’s less thick, but more
hydrating while scrubbing away impurities on skin.
My body scrub has oil on the top, is that normal?
Yes, due to the richly hydrating nature of this formula, some oil on top is natural. You can use this to
your advantage as a shave oil, coating skin for a more comfortable shave, or simply mix it back into
your scrub before using.
This product contains soybean oil. What are the benefits?
Soybean is a vitamin-rich emollient that absorbs well into the skin due to its significant amounts of
amino acids and omega-6 fatty acid. It has been used as a moisturizer for centuries; its benefits were
discovered when soy farmers found that their hands looked more youthful than others. It has nourishing,
softening, and moisturizing effects on skin and helps improve skin tone for a more even appearance.
Is soybean oil harmful for women?
No, the debates associated with soy are with internal consumption, not topical use. Soybean is
classified as non-toxic and studies are currently inconclusive if there are risks associated with soy
taken internally. Some scientists consider a constituent of isoflavones to be useful in the prevention of
cancer, while others consider them to be a concern. However, regarding “topical” use of soy in skincare
products, soybean oil has no isoflavone content, therefore there are no hormone implications when
soybean oil is applied to skin. Obviously, if your skin is allergic to soy, you should avoid it.
Is this the same formula as Show Me What You’re Mermaid Of™?
No, each base is unique, using new technologies that come out per each catalog. This is a different
formula that has salt and sugar for those salty girls!

What’s the difference between these Fízis and our current ones?
While we love our current Fízi shop options, we are

4. Are these available in flats?
This Space Balls collection is only available in a 3 pack of individual bath bombs as part of the Fall
Extra catalog. If you love them as much as we do, we will keep that in mind for the future of Fízi, so let
us know!
Do these bath bombs foam?
No, but they do create a colorful, fizzy eruption in water. As the bath bomb starts to break apart,
fragrances and skin-conditioning ingredients are released, leaving the ultimate bathing experience that
will rock your world. Because these bath bombs create an eruption without the foam, there are no
irritating foaming agents in the formula, so you can bathe in peace while dreaming of your futuristic
journey to space.
Will these bath bombs stain; they seem much darker than prior bombs?
The dyes we use are water soluble and should not stain skin or your tub.
SPACE FACE™ MINERAL RICH DETOX FACE MASK
Is this an on or off mask?
Think of it as more of a UFO: an Ultra-Flexible Option for masking! Charcoal works
to draw out pollutants, toxins, dirt, and debris from skin, malachite and olivine
(types of chakra stones) help balance, energize, and revive a tired complexion, and
skin gets hydrated with a luxe glycerin base.
Should this be used in the morning or at bedtime?
Either; it’s great to clean the slate and energize skin before makeup application
or use at the end of the day to pull out the day’s toxins and balance your
complexion.
Does the shimmer wash off easily?
If you are not into rocking glitter, you can easily wipe off each and every glitter
spec that may be left behind after using this galactic mask. We recommend
using Bare It All™ Micellar Wipes to gently swipe away glitter from skin.
NOTHING PHASES ME™ ANTI-GRAVITY CHOLESTEROL FACE SERUM
How much should I use?
This dropper is completely customizable. You can press the bulb to pick up a little or
a lot. We recommend filling the dropper halfway full, but depending on the amount
of moisture in your skin, you may want it all—and there’s no harm in wanting it all!
Is cholesterol bad for my skin, and where does it come from?
No, cholesterol gets a bad rap from food, but it’s found naturally in your skin as
an abundant lipid. It supports skin elasticity, firmness, and moisture. As you age,
cholesterol starts to decrease dramatically in your skin—especially after age 40—
resulting in wrinkles, dryness, thin skin, and sagginess. Supporting skin with topical

5. I am using Defiant™, should I use this with Defiant, and if so, how?

Are these the same formula as the current Vial Lip Shades?
These are water-based in order to achieve a wet metallic color; being water-
based, they will not whip your lips and they have a lighter feeling than other
Vial Lip Shades.
How do I apply these Vial Lip Shades?
They are best applied when lips are clean and dry, free of any oils or residue.
Apply Primed Lip Primer first. Once lips feel a bit tacky, apply Vial Lip Shade
to lips: Amazing Space or Did You Planet. Since these are water-based, you
can customize your pout from light metallic to a high shine by applying one
to two coats, ranging from neutral to drama. Apply any one of our glittery
toppers for the ultimate look-at-me lips.
