4. About the Founder
Ganesh strongly agrees with Ray Kroc’s dictum “Take
care of the people & the business will take care of itself”.
He regards training as a never ending process an integral
component of any business enterprise.
A pass out of Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai,
Ganesh also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Studies from Welingkar Institute.
Ganesh has work experience of over a 13 years in the
service industry ranging from fast food retails like McDonalds,
Garcias’ pizza to renowned 5 star hotels like The Orchid,
Intercontinental The Lalit & JW Marriott.
His last role before starting Prodigywas with Integron
Property Management Services Pvt. Ltd as Head of
Training & Development.
Ganesh believes that training should be proactive &
aspiring to achieve better business results. Ganesh’ forte
is behavioural & management skills training dealing with
various facets of human nature & deduce training needs.
