Mountford Pigott has prepared and presented numerous masterplans both to
planning officers and committees and at public exhibitions and have experience in a

Developer: Quadrant Estates / Trinity College
Scheme: 1.4mft² (130,000m²) employment space
on this 36Ha business park. The design was co-
ordinated with other specialist consultants,
with public exhibitions and design workshops.

Scheme: 400 apartments, 120,000ft² (11,100m²) retail,
140,000 ft² (13,100m²) offices plus leisure,
restaurants and bars as a united vision for this
7Ha riverside site.
