RECRUITMENT
Standalone services and fee structure
Our staff enrolment division operates as a support to our integrated staff management service and
can also assist prospective employees.
Our consultancy fees are calculated on the candidate’s commencement date and are payable within
14 days of the candidate’s commencement of employment, to validate our guarantee. Our fees are
levied at 8.3% of the position’s annual package (excluding VAT).
Should you feel that your newly appointed employee did not successfully complete the probation
period of three months or did not fit in with the culture of your business, we will gladly find you an
alternative candidate free of charge.
For added peace of mind, we offer a safeguard provision whereby a new employee can be placed in
our staff management division pending your final selection decision. In this case, the recruitment fee
only becomes payable once you are satisfied that our recommended candidate is the right choice.
They are then transferred to your company and become your employee.
PAYROLL
Payroll administration can be hugely time-consuming, and is a bureaucratic nightmare if you rare self-
taught. Outsourcing this key business function to MCA Worx is the most significant single step you can
take towards reducing your company’s administrative burden and your overheads.
