 Hydro Test Pressure up to 120 bar due to 350 km from 0 point.
 Vacuum test of water storage tank.
Follow inspection test plan (ITP) Raise RFI with the consultant and get approval with the
installation also MIRR material receiving certificate& calibration certificate.

PUMP & MOTOR:
 Installation of 3 booster pumps& 3 main pumps in both B.P house& M.P house.

Installation of valves butterfly valve& ball valve& check valves & flow control valves due to
all the shafts
 Main Pump Recirculation Pump(RCV)& Booster Pump Recirculation pump(RCV).
 Solo run test for motor with checking rpm of 3586 rpm
 Checked sound level up to 86 dcml
 Checked vibration up to 5 mm/s.
*Checked temp up to 50 degree.
Attended the pre commissioning & commissioning of all valves including Motorize (MOV).
