*Relatedto Management and organization projects:-
- Management and organization the staff in project (workers , security, helpers and assistant team )
- Contacting with engineers for any issues related to the projects and put planning to manage the property.
- Oversee and followed up all issues related to projects with subcontractors , Suppliers, Providers and
outsourcing related to facilities or maintenance issues & following the maintenance and repairs issues.
- Solving the problems in projects or in building with customers for any cases ( inquiries , complains)
-Registration and processing the projects contracts .
- Preparation and processing the proposal documents and tenders , with delivered and follow it .
- Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.
- Receiving and inspecting the deliveries coming to projects and check the deliveries came as the request
or not, saving the receipts and put on a company system and did report to administration for all deliveries
came to projects (monthly & weekly ) .
-Responsible for screening tenants , handle the leasing , handle move out & move in and evictions .
-Responsible for managing the budget and maintaining records .
-Following all rental or leasing issues in court and management it , did issues documents .
*Relatedto the leasing and sales roles :
-Did telesales and web sales for properties or asset projects to find tenants & screening tenants to choose
the right tenant for the property .
-Prepared the regular (weekly, monthly and quarterly) reports for the rents rate and vacancy rate .
-collect rent from tenants , following the payment , adjusting rent as the market percentage .
-Rent & renewal or sale the units and flats in projects (building , villas, compounds ,towers ) .
-Review leases up for renewal on periodic basis and negotiate extensions and best rates .
-Negotiate effective deals with land lords (Negotiating bulk agreements to minimize rent, closing
deals quickly, etc.)
-Sale all units in projects as our needs & search for big companies to rent the projects via good contracts.
