 Inspection of GRE pipe and fittings at EPP composite for construction ETP & associated pipeline at
Ankleshwar asset for ONGC.
 Raw material verification like Epoxy Resin, Hardner, Roving, Wovan roving as per API 15LR.
 Visual, degree of cure, hydrostatic pressure test and dimension inspection as per API 15 LR.
 Short term hydro test, Barcol Hardness, Loss of Ignition, Axial & Hoop tensile strength, Specific Ring
stiffness test witnessed.
 Inspection of Casting, Forging and Fittings at various vendor shops as per ASTM Standard.

 NDT testing like,
o Liquid Penetrant test for Weld joints, Machined components,
o Ultrasonic test of Weld joints, forgings, castings as well as Machined components like Shafts,
Bearing Casing, round bars, tube sheets, flanges etc.
o Magnetic Particle test of Forgings, Castings as well as machined components likeShafts,
round bar, tube sheet, flanges, and rings, bearing casing, blades.
 Carry out Inspections at either vendor or sub vendors place in accordance with Internal or customer
specification, Quality Assurance Plan, Reference Codes & Standards (ASME, DIN, IS), Purchase order.
 In coming, In-process and Final Inspection of components related to pressure vessels, tanks and
compressors, Industrial and Power Fans and Turbo Blowers.
 Co-ordination with various Third Party Inspection Agencies like,
o BVQI for witness and certification of WPS, PQR and WPQ.
o TUV for Inspection of Impeller Hub manufactured at Thailand as well as Siemens India for
