What is Assistive Technology? • Any technology with the potential to enhance the performance of persons with disabilities. • This includes a variety of devices and services that include adaptive and rehabilitative devices and processes used in selecting, locating and using them. • Assistive technology includes both low and high tech devices.

- Working with customers with disabilities is more than the technology. We need to be comfortable providing services to customers with any disability.
