4. WHAT IS ACCESS IN EDUCATION?
In education, the term access typically refers
to the ways in which educational institutions
and policies ensure—or at least strive to
ensure—that students have equal and equitable
opportunities to take full advantage of their
education.
ACCESs is a policy or statement that
concretize/operationalize the policy reforms.

The father has irregular job that tends older children to work and help
family financially to meet their primary/basic needs. Education has
become a secondary goal.

Enrolment rate of the school alternately increased/decreased for the last
three years due to the transfer of residences and other nearby schools and
cities for economic reasons brought by the pandemic.
