Our yearly review of Desk-Net's uptime and downtime - now available for 2011.
Very nice improvement compared to 2010 in our core time uptime. We had one technical issue in March/April that caused a total of 34 minutes of downtime, but besides that no other unplanned downtime in the core usage time.
Slightly higher downtime in total due to a major database update we conducted in early July on a Saturday morning.
