The document is a questionnaire given to teachers and students at a school in Serbia to assess inclusion, fairness, and tolerance. It contains 7 statements where respondents indicate their level of agreement. Most teachers agreed or agreed to some extent with the statements, except for one teacher who disagreed that everyone feels welcome. The questionnaire will be administered again in June after an international day to measure progress on tolerance, fairness, and inclusion.
