   The idea was born in a Neumann Lobby, LCC
    International University, Lithuania
   Creator of the idea – Bohdana Kozubenko,
                                1 DAN in karate


   Mission: Pillowboxing is to make people gain
    strength physical as well as spiritual.
   Levels: local, national, international
   Championships: Local, National,
    International
   What is needed: protection equipment,
    individual pillow, ring.
Pillowcase: water-resistant fabric,
unbreakable
Content : sawdust and feathers
Helmet: plastic

What else is needed?

Boxinglove: is used for just one heand
Rounds: 7

Break between rounds: 1 minute

One should have a pillow in one hand and
boxingglove on the other.

Points: head-3, body-2, legs -1

One wins when there is a pillow-out.

When one makes a pillow-down, another
person has 12 seconds to wake up.

Legs, hands, pillow can be used for
punching and kicking.
