As of my view, Performance evaluation can help everyone to know where they stand and how they're performing, including in relation to the goals of the organization workplaces. Q2. What are the most common skill gaps in steward staff and develop an action to overcome performance gap. One of the mostcommon skill gap is Lack ofclarity in workplace which leads to performance gap. We can ensure clear and simple briefing aboutthe task to overcome performance gaps in steward staff. Q4. Review Performance appraisal policy. Which policies and procedure needs improvement. To do a performance Appraisal every month.  Performance evaluation method: 1. Graphic Rating scale 2. ChecklistScale 3. KEY Performance Indicators  Improvement suggestions for manager role: 1. opportunity to observe and be involved in the day-to-day responsibilityof the supervisor's job 2. Identify barriers to resources availability and potential causes or factors contributing to those barriers: The main barrier for the event was budgetand the deadline.We have limited budgetto organize a large event in a very shorttime period. The potential cause for this barrier was limitresources available to the college. Q6. What lessons have you learned during management of event? Which procedures of event management require improvement? What I learned are:  Everything takes longer than I expect  Expect the unexpected  Must deliver on the promise to mysponsors  Expect mistakes and always look for solutions  Learn from every event Q7. What could you have done to avoid conflict during event? How can you avoid it next event? Avoid conflicts by using all kinds oftricks or find quick and effective solutions to solve problems,to avoid it next event I make sure setup a standbylist.
