Scorecard Methodology - Cost ● Cost is the effort in relative terms to build each feature ● Cost is measured in a scale of 1-100 in relative terms and not in absolute terms ● Identify a feature that consumes most man-months or man-weeks – Tag the cost of that feature as 100 ● Measure the cost of every other feature proportionally ● Assume that the max man-weeks of Feature3 is 15 and the man-weeks of Feature2 is 6, then the cost of Feature 2 is measure through ratios – 15 : 6 = 100 : ?
