of calories, which is essential in lowering the body weight. Boxing actually
help to burn 400 calories in just 30 minutes of sparring.

Team sports such as soccer, football and hockey are high energy activities that will
keep you motivated and active while lowering your body weight. Football is usually a
played outdoors; both soccer and ice hockey can be played in the indoor facilities.

creating a daily calorie deficiency of 500 calories allows you to lose approx.
6. Rowing Boat:
One can participate in rowing as a team, or as an individual aerobic and strength-
building workout. Rowing should be performed every week and you can also
participate in certain competitions. The team spirit keeps you motivated, while the
practices work on your major muscle groups. If the weather is bad, or you do not live
near a rowing team, then you can use the rowing machine at the fitness centre to
burn up to 377 calories in about 30 minutes of exercising.
