Having a pr oper leg posit ion is t he impor t ant st ep of t he pr ocess.
You can kick t he ball, t ouch t he ball depending on what is r equir ed.
Kicking leg can be br ought as high as possible, depending on t he
power . Higher t he kicking leg, mor e power it can gener at e.
While t he kicking leg is t aken car e, t her e ar e par t s of your body
which must also be in sync – like ankle, knee, hips and t he f inale
‘f eet ’ t o give dir ect ion t o t he ball.

Tr y t o keep your plant leg about a f oot or a f oot and a half away

will be at a 45 degr ee angle: t he angle at which you' ll gener at e t he
most amount of power .

Your ankle needs t o be at about a 45 degr ee angle so t hat you can
