  • 2. Purpose of presentation: • Discuss what instructional supervision means to our schools • Facilitate changing mindsets and replacing behaviors using 2.0 tools • Showcase best practices in the school • Showcase of 2.0 tools and their application to better communication, building new practices
  • 4. What is instructional supervision? What does it look like in your schools? What impact is it having in your school[s]?
