Do you know the Aha Erlebnis experience? Yeah, you got it right. That's my way of living :-) I've been working since 2002 on digital experience and digital media impact on communication and social contexts. Starting with my thesis on trust and e-commerce, I've been digging onto social dimensions of "new" media (VR; AR; MMORPG; mobile, etc). And then, at the end of my phD, I've decided to apply my methodological skills and research perspective to consumer insights and experience.
