As a ScrumMaster, Team Facilitator, Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach you’ll be assisting people, either on the team, executive or individual level, to identify and remove the different impediments that prevent them from achieving their goals. Facilitating the impediments removal is not the same as removing the impediments by your own. The latter might be easier at first, but the former is the one that will help people improve their skills and self-organizing abilities. In this workshop we’ll be going through a series of stages and powerful questions that can help you have great coaching conversations with the individuals or teams in order to facilitate those impediments removal and, at the same time, improve their abilities and skills.
