Your Sender ID Should reflect your business name,
which should help customers to recognize your
business.
Two Basic Sender ID Criteria are -
1. Sender ID must be of 6 Alpha. (CAPITAL LETTERS)
2. Sender ID and company name must be matched.
(If not, mention the purpose of sender ID) Make
sure sender ID's appears like name and contains
word otherwise SMS will not be approved without
valid documents

It is the percentage of redemption or purchase that occurred by using the
coupon or discount code in SMS.
It is the exact percentage of users who opted out or left after getting your
SMS.
CTR in SMS means the percentage of users who have opened the message
and clicked on the link in SMS.
It is the measure of total SMS messages that were delivered out of the
total texts that were sent.
It is the measure of the exact number of subscribers on your SMS list that
opened your SMS after they received it.
