The brain's executive function wiring in the prefrontal cortex requires disciplined, intentional activities performed on a regular basis. mediating conflicting thoughts,
making choices, and governing
social control. When pathways
between the prefrontal cortex and
the rest of the brain are damaged,

personality changes can result.

Executive Functions) we need a robustly enriched neural fiber net-
work between the emotional-threat-detection centers of the brain
(CeA – Central nucleus of the Amygdala) and the ventromedial
prefrontal cortex (vmPFC).
In order to grow a
