2. There was a Hard working, Intelligent, Loyal
person working in an Business Organization
whose name is Manoj.
Because of his efficiency, he earned a good
repute amongst the Colleagues and the
Management.
One Day, one of his colleagues came to him
and said…..
“Do you know what I just heard about your
friend?”

3. Manoj Said….
“Hold on a minute!!!”
“Before telling me anything,
I’d like you, to pass a little test. It’s called…
“The Triple Filter Test”
“That’s Right..
“Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be a
good idea to take a moment and filter what you’re
going to say. That’s why I call it…
“The Triple Filter Test”…. Said Manoj
“Triple filter?”...The Colleague Surprised

4. The First Filter is TRUTH.
“Have you made absolutely sure that what you are
about to tell me is true?”
Asked Manoj
“NO”
“Actually I just heard about it
and…”
Answered the colleague.

5. “Alright”
“So you don’t really know if it’s true or not.
Now let’s try the Second Filter, the filter of
GOODNESS.
“Is what you are about to tell me about my friend
something good?” asked Manoj.
“NO”
“it is not good about him!!!”
replied the colleague

6. So you want to tell me something bad about him,
but you’re not certain it’s true.
Now let’s try the Third Filter, the filter of USEFULNESS.
“Is what you want to tell me about my friend going
to be useful to me?”
“NO”
“Not really!!!”
said the colleague
“Well” “If what you want to tell me which is
neither true nor good nor even useful….
“Why tell it to me at all?” Said Manoj
Imagine how different the world would be if we only chose to seek
or create information that was…
TRUE, GOOD AND USEFUL!!!
