1. Ingredients
250g of pastry. 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon.
125ml of milk. 3 Eggs.
150ml cream. 500g of pumpkin
125g of brown sugar.
2. Method
First,cut the inside of the pumpkin into little
cubes.
Then,put the bucket and some water in a
saucepan.Cook and wait for the liquid to
evaporate.Turn off.Leave it for 15 minutes.
3. Later, beat the eggs.Mix with the pumpkin,
brown sugar,cinnamon,milk and cream.
Finally,put the pastry in a pie dish.Pour in the
pumpkin mixture.Cook for 40 minutes at the
oven (200ºC).
