I’m responsible and control of three related companies’ accounts which are Al Akhbar House Press &
Jawharat Al Yamamah for Stationary and Pencil Agency for advertising Services as shown in the points
below:
1 - Prepare journal entries,account statements and trial balances monthly,quarterly and yearly.
2 - Control cash flows,expenses,settlement,discounts and so on.
3 - Follow-up and record the movements and changes of the banks balances.
4 - Communicate with customers and follow up accounts and balances, prepare account statements and
follow-up of collecting payments.
5 - Follow-up the accounts and balances of suppliers, processing and provision of the required amounts,
transfer payments and the commitment of the timeliness of payments.
6 - Prepare and review of salaries and discounts,Prepare provisions of stuff cost leave and indemnity.
7 - The ability to do the supervisory and administrative role,and provide the needs of all sections,answering
theinquiriesandrequirementsofstaff.
8 - Set up and establishing chart of accounts,the ability of restructuring of the accounting software system,
a good experience of using the accounting program (Great Plans).
9 - Prepare the annual Financial Statement and quarterly,and dealing with the auditor,discuss and provide
