2. Introduction
There are different kinds of food
and we have three essential
meals a day. Food is important
for our health, so we have to take
care for our body.
3. At the end of the lesson I will be able to :
- To identify (Healthy eating) (10 minutes)
-To demonstrate food groups through colors (10 minutes)
- To classify food into five groups(15 minutes)
-To search and find out food daily servings(10 minutes)

Healthy Eating
Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that
give you the nutrients you need to maintain your
health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients
include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins,
and minerals.
Nutrition is important for everyone. When combined
with being physically active and maintaining a
healthy weight, eating well is an excellent way to
help your body stay strong and healthy. What you
eat can affect your immune system, your mood,
and your energy level.

Servings: should provide 5.5 ounce-equivalents or servings.

Servings: should provide 3 cups/servings
