Guest Connect: GC is a Guest Relationship Management (GRM) system used by the Guest
Contact Centres (GCC) in Financial & Retail Services (FRS). It is an implementation of 3rd
party software from Siebel Corporation. GC provides e-mail management and contact reason
logging capabilities.

Regulation Z (Reg Z) is issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal
Reserve System to implement the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA). The purpose of this
regulation is to promote the informed use of consumer credit by requiring disclosures about its
terms and cost.
On March 3, 2010 the Board of Governors released new proposed rules for the regulation, which
will require changes to systems and business processes supporting the issuance of credit at Target.
This program will oversee the TTS efforts required to bring Target systems into compliance with the
latest regulation rule changes
