The increase of price makes the trouble in their pricing. But, they can’t
simply rise up the price of the food, because customers will reject and end
up they lose the business.

For the cyclist, it doesn’t become any issue for them to park their vehicles.
Even though their target is for tourist (normally they rent bikes), but they
still have to focus on those Penangnites who drive to their outlet.
14. COMPETITORS
My Coffee House, Cozzy House, Café Coffea was the “threats” to them since
they were in a same nature. Other than that, they were more famously
recognized than Coffee Ink.
15. Human resources
It’s been quite hard to get a worker who willing to dedicate themselves for
the Cafe. Nowadays, most of the youngsters expect for a high salary.
