11. Lisa R. Ealy is Co-Founder of Purple Squirrel Group LLC. Prior to
establishing PSG Lisa held many leadership and varied HR roles for
Barnes Distribution, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, PolyOne
Corporation, Lincoln Electric, LTV Steel, and the United Church of
Christ. Lisa received the Bachelor of Science in accounting and
business management from Central State University, and the Master
of Business from Cleveland State University.
Clifton M. Ealy is Co-Founder of Purple Squirrel Group LLC. Cliff
brings more than 30 years of executive level sales and marketing
experience. He has lead several successful sales teams with HP,
Digital Equipment Corporation, Glenayre Electronic, Bellcore and
IBM. Cliff earned the Bachelors of Science degree in psychology and
computer science from Nathaniel Hawthorn College.
