FT Adviser - Passive platform announces fee cut

ETFmatic, a provider of exchange traded funds (ETFs) has announced a reduction in its fees. The annual management fee on its range of passive portfolios of less than £25,000 will be 0.48 per cent, a reduction of 0.02 per cent. For portfolios of greater than £25,000, the annual management fee drops to 0.29 per cent, from the previous 0.30 per cent. When admin and tax costs are added, this takes the total expense ratio of the portfolios will be 0.60 per cent for the portfolio below £25,000, and 0.45 per cent for those above, according to the company.
